Qualification Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials and equipment, including the ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time while performing maintenance and facility-support duties.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools, or the ability and willingness to learn their safe use.
  • Basic mechanical/problem solving skills ability and willingness to learn the school facility systems.
  • Previous maintenance, construction, facilities, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or related experience preferred.

    ***Applicants must be able to pass any required background checks and obtain required safety trainings.

    Pay Rate
    $17-19 per hour


    Work Schedule
    12 months (part-time) / 20-25 hours per week (approximately)
