One of the following endorsements: Special Education 069, 105, 194, 195, 459, 460, or 461 (other special education areas of endorsement may be considered if those meet minimum Tennessee requirements for licensure in the grade level/subject area).
***Applicants enrolled in a special education program who are eligible for a provisional endorsement will also be considered.

Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Qualification Requirements
- Technical training or certifications related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, maintenance operations, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in large commercial, institutional, or school facilities maintenance
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs or maintenance management systems
- Ability to perform a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks including equipment installation, minor construction, and building repairs
- Experience coordinating and communicating with contractors, vendors, and service providers
***This position serves as the primary on-site facilities maintenance professional responsible for preventive and reactive maintenance of building systems and coordination with service contractors.
