Summer Reading 2024:  Upcoming 8th Graders

Choose TWO BOOKS from the lists below. (If you have another book you would like to read, please email me for approval before reading.  I will need the title, author, and what interests you about the book.)  For each selection, complete one of the attached options. (Options are attached to the Google Classroom assignment.  If you do not have access to Google Classroom, please email me.  I will email a copy to you.) Students should be prepared to take an AR test and answer oral questions about your selected books.

Students with limited internet access may complete assignments non digitally and turn them in the first week of school -- Monday, August 5, 2024.

Rewards for completing summer reading assignments include two ELA FREE 100's and a school-wide event such as a field trip.
